Bravado thanks you for 2016!
NEWS | Andreas Hadjipaschali | Bravado | December 17, 2016
It’s that time of the year again when work comes to a halt (for some of us), Christmas bells are ringing and the downtime begins for the upcoming year.
Bravado Gaming, its management, players and staff would like to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas (for those celebrating) and an awesome New Years! We ask all our friends and families to stay safe throughout the festive season and join us back for an action packed 2017!
Looking back, 2016 was a very successful year for Bravado Gaming, the brand and it’s teams. Our CS:GO and DOTA2 team managed to secure first place for the majority of events that took place locally.
In addition we went on to attend International events such as the WESG African and Middle Eastern qualifiers in Dubai, where both our CS:GO and DOTA2 team achieved 2nd and 3rd place respectively, qualifying for the WESG Global Finals which will be taking place in early 2017. You can read more about this here.
Our CS:GO team also attended the Electronic Sports World Cup earlier this year in Paris, France where we came very short of beating team LDLC in the group decider match, which also made some awesome headlines worldwide! You can read more about this here.
We’re grateful for all the positive exposure we’ve achieved throughout 2016 and we definitely can’t wait to see what waits for us in 2017. Below you can find some of the mass media opportunities that we were featured in during this season.
– CNBC Africa (TV).
– Forbes Africa (Magazine).

– SuperSport (TV).
– Carte Blanche (TV).
– YFM Radio (Radio).
Towards the end of the season, we came to a solid agreement where the GAMeS agency would be representing our brand and future opportunities. We aim to work hand-in-hand with the individuals at GAMeS to make our future initiatives a solid realization. You can read more about our recent announcement here.
